Gate15 will deliver a virtual three-four ransomware workshop with one of our senior exercise facilitators. The exercise will use a pre-developed scenario to allow organizations to discuss their plans and procedures should they experience an incident. For those without established plans, the workshop can be used to help identify expectations, key decisions, and critical next steps to better prepare for a potential ransomware / extortion attempt. The Workshop support will include:
- One pre-workshop meeting to identify key operational and logistical details (current state of preparedness, key concerns and goals, date and time of exercise, hosting details, etc.)
- Exercise conduct. Gate 15 will present a slide presentation and provide a senior facilitator to guide the discussion.
- The CyberUSA member will be responsible for note-taking and any report that comes out of the exercise.
